AZERO Goes Mobile With Support From the Nova Wallet
Aleph Zero is excited to partner with Nova, a mobile-first wallet supporting Substrate chains. You can start using it today.
After SubWallet, we’re happy to welcome support from Nova to bring you the experience of sending Aleph Zero’s AZERO using mobile applications available for iOS and Android. With the ability to execute simple transactions launching today and staking coming soon, we remain hopeful that the user-friendliness of Nova will be on-par with the community’s expectations.
“While SubWallet fixes the everyday experience of interacting with AZERO through browser extensions, Nova does the same for mobile. We’re excited to see the Substrate ecosystem developing in the right direction—focusing on the user experience and simple interfaces that allow everyone to use it”, says Antoni Zolciak, Aleph Zero’s co-founder.
Nova is a cryptocurrency wallet for both experienced users and those that are just getting started in the space. The project’s goal is to provide a user-friendly mobile experience for tokens issued using the Substrate framework—such as Aleph Zero. Additionally, users of the broader Substrate ecosystem can contribute to crowd loans without limits and take part in the NFT market. While Aleph Zero is not in the Polkadot ecosystem due to not using BABE/GRANDPA but its own novel consensus, the network can still benefit from all the positive developments through the Substrate Builders Program.
“Aleph Zero is one of the most unique networks built on the Substrate due to the asynchronous consensus protocol which is used in the network. Nova Wallet is an advanced iOS/Android application that is capable to support not only Polkadot ecosystem networks but ones that are using its underlaying tech — Substrate framework. We are excited to bring to the Aleph Zero community one of the most powerful wallet solutions, Nova, to manage their AZERO tokens on mobile.”, says Ruslan Rezin, Nova Wallet’s CTO.

Aleph Zero’s and Nova’s Focus on User Experiences
Both Aleph Zero and Nova are committed to building a multichain world in which an engaging user experience is paramount for spearheading blockchain adoption. Nova’s dedication to security, transparency and a community-oriented mindset closely aligns with our core beliefs and preferred ways of communicating with our users. We are thrilled that so many startups operating in the blockchain space are geared towards collaboration, inclusivity, and building bridges rather than walls as we rush towards a multichain environment.
