Block54’s Maciej Skrzypczak to advise Aleph Zero builders on marketing strategies
The Aleph Zero Foundation welcomes Block54’s Maciej Skrzypczak in an advisory position. Maciej, whose previous experience includes co-creating Fortnite’s go-to-market campaign on 17 different markets, seeks to assist ecosystem builders in their marketing efforts.
Launching Fortnite across CEE
Maciej’s career highlights include co-creating Fortnite’s go-to-market strategy across 17 CEE markets while working closely with Epic Games. As a co-founder of Gameset, one of the most successful gaming marketing companies in Europe, Maciej and his team received 13 Cannes Lions awards, as well as many Effie and MIXX awards for their creative campaigns. All together, Maciej obtained over 50 advertising awards to date.
Gameset is also an official partner of Twitch and is working with various high-impact customers such as ASUS, Cinema City, and Phillips. The agency operates in excellent health until this very day.
Pioneers of social marketing
Before Gameset, Maciej co-founded and operated Lubię to!, the largest Polish social marketing firm working with numerous customers from NIVEA, Virgin Mobile, and SABMiller, to Skoda. Maciej worked on Lubię to! together with Yuri Drabent and Maciej Bielicki.
Lubię to! was ultimately sold to Dentsu, an international advertising and public relations joint stock company headquartered in Tokyo.
Moreover, Maciej also co-founded Space Cat Industries, a Gen Z marketing agency that works with customers such as TikTok, T-Mobile, InPost, Levi’s, New Balance, Shopee, and PepsiCo.
Block54 Capital to further bond with Aleph Zero ecosystem
Maciej Skrzypczak, Yuri Drabent, and Maciej Bielicki—who stayed in business together for over ten years—launched what was initially a boutique venture capital fund focused on Web3. They’ve supported various projects in their early stages: Fantom, Elrond, ANKR, Chainlink, or 0x, to name a few.
Magic happens when human ingenuity meets the power of software.
In 2020, they also decided to reach out to Aleph Zero to help shape what is now a fruitful, ecosystem-wide collaboration. The core team is happy to rely on Block54’s expertise in building and operating large-scale organizations. The broader ecosystem builders can benefit from deep gaming connections, startup management, and scaling-up know-how.

As a person who spent most of their professional life working in branding and marketing, I’m truly happy to see the Block54 team becoming more and more involved with the ecosystem. I’m also confident that all DeFi, gaming, and metaverse use cases will benefit from Maciej’s team deep knowledge of the industry intricacies.”
